FAQ
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, until the order is dispatched: write to customer care with the order number and the new address. Once it has left us, the carrier's tracking page shows whether it can still be redirected.
What if delivery fails?
The carrier tries again or leaves a notice with where to collect it. If the parcel comes back to us, we contact you to arrange sending it again.
Where is my order?
The tracking link is in the email sent when your order leaves us, and in your account under Orders.
Country & product restrictions
Some products cannot legally be sent to every country. Checkout only lets you order what can be delivered to the address you give.
