When are points added?
When the order is completed: delivered, and past the 14-day withdrawal period. Until then they show in your account as pending. The 100 points for a first order arrive with it.
What happens after a return?
Points earned on a returned or refunded item come off the balance. If they were already spent, the credit they paid for is taken from the refund.
Do points expire?
Not while the account is in use. A balance lapses after 24 months without a completed order.
